The above photo was taken early in 2008 and shows two TEKA mixers being loaded for delivery. Both were purchased for one concrete products plant and built together in our facility.
The photo above was from about 3 years ago and shows a three gate pan type mixer loaded and ready to go.
The photos above and below are of a mixer we built for a trade show. As an added touch and to show off that this is an American made product we designed a Red, White & Blue paint scheme. The back view below show the special stand we designed and built for this application.
Although this mixer was built as a trade show exhibit it was a fully functional concrete mixer and eventually was sold to USE Hickson. In the photos all the hydraulics and electrical has yet to be installed.
The above photo shows a completed set of replacement wear plate floor liners. This particular wear liners are for a TEKA 2250 three gate machine with a moisture probe hole. You can just see the probe hole in the top plate. All our replacement wear liners are made to TEKA factory specifications, primed with Bennett Paint Industrial red primer and shipped with a full set of new mounting hardware.
